How it works

Question, analysis, board.

Ask

Type your question in everyday Turkish, for example “Vadesi geçmiş alacaklar kimlerde?” (Who has overdue receivables?). Say the period in your question: this month, last month, this quarter, this year, the last 12 months. If you don't, the analysis uses its default period.

Mind picks the analysis

Mind answers with the ready-made analysis that fits your question, or you type / and run one of the ready-made report commands across 16 business areas. Every figure on a card is the query result; the model that writes the answer does not produce numbers. If no analysis fits, Mind says so.

It draws on the board

The cards land on the conversation's board and are saved with the conversation. Follow-up questions appear under the answer; click one to ask it.

Board

The answer is a board, not a page of text.

The right chart for the data

Line, area, column, bar, pie, donut, treemap, gauge, target bar and funnel. From a card's selector you switch to another chart that fits the data, or to the table.

A table behind every chart

Every chart's own figures are also there as a table. Copy the table or download it as CSV.

Charts with rules

If the data doesn't fit a chart, no chart is drawn and the table stays. Different currencies are never added up in one chart; a chart shows one measure.

Pin it, enlarge it

Pin an important card on the board or open it full screen.

Sharing

Share the board with your team; your conversation stays yours.

Give the board a name and share it; it is added to the shared boards list everyone in your company sees.
Only the cards on the board are shared, never your conversation.
A shared board is read-only. A colleague opens their own copy with “Bu panodan başla” (Start from this board) and carries on with their own questions.
Your later answers reach the shared board only when you click “Güncelle” (Update).

Your data

Who sees what, stated plainly.

Mind runs in the iyibir cloud; you don't install or update it.

Mind only reads. It writes nothing to your data.
Your conversations are yours. Only you see your conversations and boards.
Sharing stays in your company. Boards you share are visible only to users in your company.
Companies kept apart. No other company can reach any record of yours. This rule is enforced on the server, on every request, and separately in the database.

With your real Logo data

Mind reads your company's real Logo data: read-only, through iyibir PaaS Agent installed on your server. After sign-in you confirm the company and period; the source on the cards reads “ERP verisi” (ERP data). “Örnek ERP verisi” (Sample ERP data) appears only in demo environments.

How it differs from iyibir Copilot
